Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cnwisapi.dll
2.Extract cnwisapi.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cnwisapi.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cnwisapi.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cnwisapi.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cnwisapi.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cnwisapi.dll and press Enter.
