Using the zip or rar file
1.Download com320a.dll
2.Extract com320a.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract com320a.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting com320a.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract com320a.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place com320a.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 com320a.dll and press Enter.
