Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cygTests.dll
2.Extract cygTests.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cygTests.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cygTests.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cygTests.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cygTests.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cygTests.dll and press Enter.
