Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cygsqlite3odbc.dll
2.Extract cygsqlite3odbc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cygsqlite3odbc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cygsqlite3odbc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cygsqlite3odbc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cygsqlite3odbc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cygsqlite3odbc.dll and press Enter.
