Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATFlockOfBirdsDaemon.dll
2.Extract CATFlockOfBirdsDaemon.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATFlockOfBirdsDaemon.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATFlockOfBirdsDaemon.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATFlockOfBirdsDaemon.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATFlockOfBirdsDaemon.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATFlockOfBirdsDaemon.dll and press Enter.
