Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATSeaModifsAtEachCompute.dll
2.Extract CATSeaModifsAtEachCompute.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATSeaModifsAtEachCompute.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATSeaModifsAtEachCompute.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATSeaModifsAtEachCompute.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATSeaModifsAtEachCompute.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATSeaModifsAtEachCompute.dll and press Enter.
