Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CMtSecuRight.dll
2.Extract CMtSecuRight.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CMtSecuRight.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CMtSecuRight.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CMtSecuRight.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CMtSecuRight.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CMtSecuRight.dll and press Enter.
