Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNMsrAH.dll
2.Extract CNMsrAH.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNMsrAH.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNMsrAH.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNMsrAH.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNMsrAH.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNMsrAH.dll and press Enter.
