Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ChannelSoft.NSuite.ImportAndExport.Excel.dll
2.Extract ChannelSoft.NSuite.ImportAndExport.Excel.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ChannelSoft.NSuite.ImportAndExport.Excel.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ChannelSoft.NSuite.ImportAndExport.Excel.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ChannelSoft.NSuite.ImportAndExport.Excel.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ChannelSoft.NSuite.ImportAndExport.Excel.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ChannelSoft.NSuite.ImportAndExport.Excel.dll and press Enter.
