Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CompanyForm.dll
2.Extract CompanyForm.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CompanyForm.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CompanyForm.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CompanyForm.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CompanyForm.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CompanyForm.dll and press Enter.
