Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ComparisonSettings.dll
2.Extract ComparisonSettings.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ComparisonSettings.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ComparisonSettings.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ComparisonSettings.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ComparisonSettings.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ComparisonSettings.dll and press Enter.
