Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ccl120u.dll
2.Extract ccl120u.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ccl120u.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ccl120u.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ccl120u.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ccl120u.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ccl120u.dll and press Enter.
