Using the zip or rar file
1.Download chksgfiles.dll
2.Extract chksgfiles.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract chksgfiles.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting chksgfiles.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract chksgfiles.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place chksgfiles.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 chksgfiles.dll and press Enter.
