Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cmnt9dictionaryfn.dll
2.Extract cmnt9dictionaryfn.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cmnt9dictionaryfn.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cmnt9dictionaryfn.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cmnt9dictionaryfn.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cmnt9dictionaryfn.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cmnt9dictionaryfn.dll and press Enter.
