Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cntsgv.dll
2.Extract cntsgv.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cntsgv.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cntsgv.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cntsgv.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cntsgv.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cntsgv.dll and press Enter.
