Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CCAQ.AQBusiness.dll
2.Extract CCAQ.AQBusiness.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CCAQ.AQBusiness.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CCAQ.AQBusiness.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CCAQ.AQBusiness.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CCAQ.AQBusiness.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CCAQ.AQBusiness.dll and press Enter.
