Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CCIC.dll
2.Extract CCIC.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CCIC.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CCIC.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CCIC.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CCIC.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CCIC.dll and press Enter.
