Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CLHandWriting.dll
2.Extract CLHandWriting.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CLHandWriting.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CLHandWriting.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CLHandWriting.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CLHandWriting.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CLHandWriting.dll and press Enter.
