Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNBBR187.DLL 0.3.1536.0
2.Extract CNBBR187.DLL 0.3.1536.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNBBR187.DLL 0.3.1536.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNBBR187.DLL 0.3.1536.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNBBR187.DLL 0.3.1536.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNBBR187.DLL 0.3.1536.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNBBR187.DLL 0.3.1536.0 and press Enter.
