Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNCLID.dll
2.Extract CNCLID.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNCLID.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNCLID.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNCLID.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNCLID.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNCLID.dll and press Enter.
