Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CanDynamic.dll
2.Extract CanDynamic.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CanDynamic.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CanDynamic.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CanDynamic.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CanDynamic.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CanDynamic.dll and press Enter.
