Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Cd2winnt.dll
2.Extract Cd2winnt.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Cd2winnt.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Cd2winnt.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Cd2winnt.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Cd2winnt.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Cd2winnt.dll and press Enter.
