Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ChangeEnUser.dll
2.Extract ChangeEnUser.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ChangeEnUser.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ChangeEnUser.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ChangeEnUser.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ChangeEnUser.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ChangeEnUser.dll and press Enter.
