Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Chart.vb.dll
2.Extract Chart.vb.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Chart.vb.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Chart.vb.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Chart.vb.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Chart.vb.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Chart.vb.dll and press Enter.
