Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ChengHua.dll
2.Extract ChengHua.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ChengHua.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ChengHua.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ChengHua.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ChengHua.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ChengHua.dll and press Enter.
