Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CipherParse.dll
2.Extract CipherParse.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CipherParse.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CipherParse.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CipherParse.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CipherParse.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CipherParse.dll and press Enter.
