Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CogImageAverageCtlKOR.dll
2.Extract CogImageAverageCtlKOR.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CogImageAverageCtlKOR.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CogImageAverageCtlKOR.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CogImageAverageCtlKOR.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CogImageAverageCtlKOR.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CogImageAverageCtlKOR.dll and press Enter.
