Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ConexoBlocker.dll
2.Extract ConexoBlocker.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ConexoBlocker.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ConexoBlocker.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ConexoBlocker.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ConexoBlocker.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ConexoBlocker.dll and press Enter.
