Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CpySpecific.dll
2.Extract CpySpecific.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CpySpecific.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CpySpecific.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CpySpecific.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CpySpecific.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CpySpecific.dll and press Enter.
