Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CtsExportersChs.dll
2.Extract CtsExportersChs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CtsExportersChs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CtsExportersChs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CtsExportersChs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CtsExportersChs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CtsExportersChs.dll and press Enter.
