Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cmdb.dll
2.Extract cmdb.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cmdb.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cmdb.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cmdb.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cmdb.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cmdb.dll and press Enter.
