Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cmnpiezohapticsui.dll
2.Extract cmnpiezohapticsui.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cmnpiezohapticsui.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cmnpiezohapticsui.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cmnpiezohapticsui.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cmnpiezohapticsui.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cmnpiezohapticsui.dll and press Enter.
