Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cnymlm15.dll
2.Extract cnymlm15.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cnymlm15.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cnymlm15.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cnymlm15.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cnymlm15.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cnymlm15.dll and press Enter.
