Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cnymsm5s.dll
2.Extract cnymsm5s.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cnymsm5s.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cnymsm5s.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cnymsm5s.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cnymsm5s.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cnymsm5s.dll and press Enter.
