Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CCAlarmCursors.dll
2.Extract CCAlarmCursors.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CCAlarmCursors.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CCAlarmCursors.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CCAlarmCursors.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CCAlarmCursors.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CCAlarmCursors.dll and press Enter.
