Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CatchScreen.dll
2.Extract CatchScreen.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CatchScreen.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CatchScreen.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CatchScreen.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CatchScreen.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CatchScreen.dll and press Enter.
