Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CmdNonGraphic.dll
2.Extract CmdNonGraphic.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CmdNonGraphic.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CmdNonGraphic.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CmdNonGraphic.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CmdNonGraphic.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CmdNonGraphic.dll and press Enter.
