Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CompStatTool.resources.dll
2.Extract CompStatTool.resources.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CompStatTool.resources.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CompStatTool.resources.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CompStatTool.resources.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CompStatTool.resources.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CompStatTool.resources.dll and press Enter.
