Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CsJMSProcessingHelper.dll
2.Extract CsJMSProcessingHelper.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CsJMSProcessingHelper.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CsJMSProcessingHelper.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CsJMSProcessingHelper.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CsJMSProcessingHelper.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CsJMSProcessingHelper.dll and press Enter.
