Using the zip or rar file
1.Download chuliangSetting.dll
2.Extract chuliangSetting.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract chuliangSetting.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting chuliangSetting.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract chuliangSetting.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place chuliangSetting.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 chuliangSetting.dll and press Enter.
