Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cjdlug3y.dll
2.Extract cjdlug3y.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cjdlug3y.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cjdlug3y.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cjdlug3y.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cjdlug3y.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cjdlug3y.dll and press Enter.
