Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cogxipJPN.dll
2.Extract cogxipJPN.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cogxipJPN.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cogxipJPN.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cogxipJPN.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cogxipJPN.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cogxipJPN.dll and press Enter.
