Using the zip or rar file
1.Download converdb.dll
2.Extract converdb.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract converdb.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting converdb.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract converdb.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place converdb.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 converdb.dll and press Enter.
