Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ctextapp.dll
2.Extract ctextapp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ctextapp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ctextapp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ctextapp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ctextapp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ctextapp.dll and press Enter.
