Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATClassAItf.dll
2.Extract CATClassAItf.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATClassAItf.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATClassAItf.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATClassAItf.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATClassAItf.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATClassAItf.dll and press Enter.
