Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CMCMMIO.dll
2.Extract CMCMMIO.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CMCMMIO.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CMCMMIO.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CMCMMIO.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CMCMMIO.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CMCMMIO.dll and press Enter.
