Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNEZRSC.DLL
2.Extract CNEZRSC.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNEZRSC.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNEZRSC.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNEZRSC.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNEZRSC.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNEZRSC.DLL and press Enter.
