Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CallUiRes11.dll
2.Extract CallUiRes11.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CallUiRes11.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CallUiRes11.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CallUiRes11.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CallUiRes11.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CallUiRes11.dll and press Enter.
