Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Cdo32es.dll
2.Extract Cdo32es.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Cdo32es.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Cdo32es.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Cdo32es.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Cdo32es.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Cdo32es.dll and press Enter.
