Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CollabNet.Desktop.Core.dll
2.Extract CollabNet.Desktop.Core.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CollabNet.Desktop.Core.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CollabNet.Desktop.Core.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CollabNet.Desktop.Core.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CollabNet.Desktop.Core.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CollabNet.Desktop.Core.dll and press Enter.
